Want to take on the challenge of construction yourself?  You may use any builder you like as long as you stick to our completion schedule...so your neighbors will not have to look at unfinished shells.  

Our bay and ocean view home sites start at just $55,000.00.

1700 square foot homes start at $189,500.00 including the site.  Beach front home sites are available within 30 meters of high tide.  Financing available on select home sites. 

Condominium Features

Secret Cove offers a unique design in a two story split level town home/condo with three individual units.  All have spectacular views of the Bay of Salinas looking across at the Coast of Costa Rica and, of course,  the beach. 

The condos are available today for the unbelievable price of $159,500.00 for center units and $169,500.00 for the end units.  These are pre-construction prices which will not last.  Financing available on select units.

All units are insured by First American Title and amenities include  the, bar, restaurant, pool complex and fitness/yoga center.  Covered parking with storage is available. 

The view in the rendering is an actual photo of the Cove and the Coast.  There is a view from every room…every room.  The exterior is Spanish colonial, the interior layout is modern and convenient.
